Welcome to Milano Training Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website milanotrainingacademy.com or participating in any Milano Training Academy services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Milano Training Academy provides private soccer training, small group training, and development-focused soccer instruction. All services are provided by appointment only and are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue services at any time.

By registering for services, you confirm that:

• You or your child are physically able to participate in athletic training
• You accept responsibility for any medical conditions or limitations
• For minors, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for all participation and communication
   

• All sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Pricing is subject to change at any time.
• Payment does not guarantee long-term availability unless a recurring schedule is confirmed.
   

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or no-call/no-shows, are forfeited and non-refundable.
• Used sessions are non-refundable.
• Refunds for unused sessions may be issued at Milano Training Academy’s discretion and in accordance with our Refund Policy.
   

Milano Training Academy maintains a positive, respectful training environment. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services without refund if a participant or guardian:

• Engages in unsafe behavior
• Is disrespectful to the coach or other participants
• Repeatedly violates policies or instructions
   

By participating in training sessions, you grant Milano Training Academy permission to capture photos or videos for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes unless you submit a written opt-out request.

All content created by Milano Training Academy remains our intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

Soccer training involves physical activity and inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with training and release Milano Training Academy, its coaches, and affiliates from liability for injuries, accidents, or damages, except in cases of gross negligence.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operations. Content on this website is for informational purposes only and may change without notice.

Milano Training Academy may use third-party facilities and service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or conditions of third-party venues.

Milano Training Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
