Business: Milano Training Academy (Coach Nick)
Milano Training Academy reserves session time specifically for each athlete. Because training time is limited and held for you, the following refund policy applies to all purchases unless otherwise stated in writing.
1) Single Sessions
- Single sessions are non-refundable once completed.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
2) Packages / Multi-Session Bundles
- Used sessions are non-refundable.
- If you choose to stop training after purchasing a package, you may request a refund for unused sessions only, as long as:
- The request is made in writing (email/text), and
- There are no outstanding late cancellations or no-shows on the account.
3) Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 24+ hours notice: You may reschedule at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours notice: Session is forfeited and not refundable.
- No-call / no-show: Session is forfeited and not refundable.
4) “First Session” / Trial Situations (If Applicable)
If a client prepays for multiple sessions and decides not to continue after the first session, Milano Training Academy may refund unused sessions only. The completed session remains charged and is not refundable.
5) Weather, Facility Closures, and Coach Cancellations
If Milano Training Academy cancels due to weather, facility closure, or coach availability, you will receive either:
- A reschedule at no charge, or
- A refund for the affected unused session(s).
6) How Refunds Are Issued
- Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time depends on your bank/card provider (typically a few business days).
